Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! I am excited to welcome you and your family to Greencastle Middle School.

Thank you for choosing Greencastle Middle School for your child. Your role in your child's education is vital, and we look forward to partnering with you as your child continues to grow both academically and socially throughout their middle school years. As a staff, we are committed to providing a high-quality education in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.

Our dedicated staff have worked diligently to finalize class schedules, engage in meaningful professional learning, and continuously refine our instructional practices. We believe in providing multiple ways for students to stay engaged and challenged, all with the goal of supporting your child’s academic success.

Communication is key to a strong partnership. Please ensure you have the ParentSquare app, as well as “like” us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, and ensure you have the correct email address linked to your child on Skyward. In addition to these communication portals, GMS will always have an updated calendar on our website.

You and your child are our top priority, and we want to work together to ensure your child has a successful and positive experience at GMS.
